Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having trouble with Launchpad opening automatically.
I’m happy to help. It sounds like you may have a Hot Corner set up for Launchpad. You can check by opening System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Saver > Screen Saver > Hot Corners (bottom right corner).
