Printer vendors provide drivers for the vendors’ printers, scanners, and related hardware.

The search query macOS Catalina Xerox Workcentre 3025 finds a decidedly unpromising Xerox download page.

Which looks like Xerox doesn’t have drivers, as those Mojave drivers are looking a little old.

The support list also indicates “Supported Platforms: Mac OS X 10.10 - Yosemite, Mac OS X 10.11 - El Capitan, Mac OS X 10.5 or lower, Mac OS X 10.6 - Snow Leopard, Mac OS X 10.7 - Lion, Mac OS X 10.8 - Mountain Lion, Mac OS X 10.9 - Mavericks, macOS 10.12 - Sierra, macOS 10.13 - High Sierra, macOS 10.14 - Mojave” — with no macOS Catalina listed there.

Which means contacting Xerox Support using the link on that page, and asking Xerox about any plans and schedule.

If that doesn’t work out, you’re either going to be trying generic drivers (and I’ve not reviewed the specs for that printer to see if that’ll work, or if you might be able to use VueScan or similar, but I do see some references to CUPS drivers having existed), or you’ll be replacing this device, or you’ll be hosting this printer on another computer with drivers available and routing jobs through that and which gets decidedly ugly.

Or rolling in your pre-upgrade backups—if those have not been re-used as Catalina backups—and reverting to macOS Mojave or whatever was in use previously, or wiping and restarting with a clean install and whatever can be salvaged from the Catalina environment and back-ported to the earlier.
