Why is my apple watch ecg app not pooping on the menu ? I got my apple watch from dubai as model no A2157 for my 44mm titanuim model , what am i suppose to do to get the ecg ? I specially got this watch to track on it ? Please can anyone help ?

Taking an ECG with the ECG app on Apple Watch Series 4 or later - https://support.apple.com/HT208955 - "Make sure that the ECG app is available in your country or region and that you're in the country or region where your device was purchased." So unless it is supported both in the country of purchase and where you have it, it won't work.

Because ECG is a medical device, Apple does not want to have it product banned because it allowed ECG use in an unapproved manor.
Unless Apple got some certified proof that you were a citizen of a country that approved ECG, then it has to guess. It knows where it shipped the Apple Watch for sale and whether that country has approved the app, with the assumption that it is the citizens of that country that purchased the Apple Watch. It knows based on IP addresses where the Apple Watch is being used and if that country has approved ECG.
What it does not know is if the person using the Apple Watch is a citizen from a country that has approved ECG. So it is doing the best it can to not cause governments to ban the sale of Apple Watches because they allowed their citizens to use an unapproved medical product.
In general Apple strongly recommends against purchasing mobile devices for use in another country.

Yes they can tell if you are in a country that has approved or not approved ECG, but they do not know if you are a citizen of that country or a citizen of a country that has not approved. Non-approving countries could get upset if Apple allowed their citizens to use an unapproved medical device.
What a sad marketing strategy to sell a product worth 850$ and tell them everything works fine for india with this model , Apple staff should have been more helpful while a customer makes such a purchasing trusting them .
I am sure they can see where the product is been used or they can see on which IP address or they can track on which cellular data the product is been used . I count on this eco system ,jus because i thought it does a hassle free work for all the consumers . But i doubt today , with no support system .
My device was purchased in UAE , but my cellular works fine in india as per the model A2157 , and ecg works in india !! Why not on my watch ?
I think you mean "residents", not citizens. ;-)
Because you bought your Watch in Dubai which has not licensed the feature.
