What must I do to resolve my problem regarding the fact that I am not receiving any mail within my iCloud mailbox? Moreover, the fact that not all of the standard categories are showing with the exception of inbox and trash.

Mail – Setup and Troubleshooting on iPad
Try going to Settings/Passwords & Accounts, disabling the account, and then restart the phone. Go back and enable the account.
