Unable to receive mail

My iCloud account is unable to receive e-mails from other sources. When I have tried to send an e-mail to my iCloud account from another e-mail source I was sent a mail reminding that my inbox is full and I can’t receive any e-mail. I cannot see anything in my ICloud inbox.

iPhone 6, iOS 12
