ipad air 3 intermittently stop responding or is slow to respond.

I believe the ipad Air 3 was built off a pro version of the ipad with the same issues. They need to recall this and start over from scratch. Even if I wanted to get rid of it, how much money could I get if its buggy? I'm started to having issues with charging.
I've had several issues so far including the touch not responding as well as my old iPad. I've been having issues playing games recently because I have to constantly tap the screen in order to get it to respond and the update to 13 hasn't made my issues any better.
Yes that works then it happens again and again. I do believe a lot of other are having the same problems after doing research. It’s all over the web.
