Battery

Hi, my iPhone was switched off due to no more battery. I charged it; and it's been now 3 hours but i's not switching on. The charging icon is showing but the phone is not switching on.

Phone Battery won’t charge I have an IPhone 6s, the Battery won't charge. Screen shows red bar to the far right on battery symbol. It’s been plugged into the charger for over a day and I still get the same icon (see photo). Anyone know how I can turn my phone back on?
