Can’t make calls from iPad from safari. Just got iPhone 11. I was able to with my old iPhone 6. Tried everything.

Thank you but I tried all that. I have been googling all day to find a solution. Tried to have a call session with Apple but kept getting emails they can’t reach me by phone, my phone was on & I was receiving calls all day. Then did a chat & the person also tried to call but didn’t come through said it went into voice mail. He said they will try & call me tomorrow morning, I’m thinking they’re in India or some other foreign country.
