IPhone 7+ screenshot not cropping
7/10 when I crop a screenshot, it saves it regular instead of the crop I made. Is this a problem for anyone else? I have the iOS 13.1.3 update

Once you have backed up, you can reinstall the iOS software using this link:
If you can’t update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, try restoring the iPhone to factory settings and setting it up as a new iPhone:
