Billing info problem

Hey guys, so I got and canceled the Apple Arcade free trial on the same day and i also cancelled my card. I tried to remove my old payment Info and it says I need to pay it off yet. What do I do?

Cancel a purchase I had a subscription that I canceled the day I accidentally purchased it and it’s still trying to charge me. But when i look on my account and I have zero balance. My card is not accepting on Apple ID because I purchased it but canceled it right away. I need that charge off so I can put my card my Apple ID.
