Dead pixel in camera sensor.

Hello, everyone, I’m a new iPhone user and I’ve just noticed that there is a small green patch on my photos when I use the telephoto camera in my 11 Pro. I’d imagine this is a small cluster of dead pixels (hopefully not) but keep thinking it’s how the light enters the glass. The reason I’m moving away from the light theory is because it’s only on my telephoto lens. Has anyone else experienced this issue on either their 11 Pro or any other phone they’ve used? I hope it’s not a bad sensor. What’s more odd is that I haven’t dropped the phone.
