Phone capability on Network Coverage and Quality

Hi,

Is there any feature which allows user to switch between operator automatically (Dual SIM handsets). We observer some concern.

if yes, what is the trigger point of this issue !

wifi calling over second line i have two sim on my phone. when there is a wifi i can make wifi calling with either. is there a way to use wifi calling when there is no wifi(suppose i am in a rural area and only one carrier is covered and another is not.) ios 15.0 iphone 13

Network issues I am having network issues whichever SIM I am using the network coverage will be low comparing it to other phones. Incoming calls are not clear due to this issue .
