People hear me fuzzy when I call them

I have an issue with my iPhone 11. The issue I am having is when I call people. To them I sound real fuzzy and unclear. Has anyone else had this problem?

when on a call people can't hear me I've just bought an iPhone 7 and when on a call people can't hear me. They say that I fade in and out and that I sound as if I'm in a bubble. I've tried a few remedies I've found online but no joy. Really disappointed with the product so far. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Anybody else's iPhone 11 can barely hear people talking over the line? My iPhone 11 is just over two years old and now, when someone calls me, or I call out, I can barely hear them. I have to put the call on speakerphone and some of my conversations are extremely private and I do not need or want anyone else hearing responses from my contact. I am fed up of hearing "ahhhh, that's what happens to Apple products after a time". I have paid enough for this product and want to know what is going on and how I can fix this?
