How do I stop the move maftask pop up! I cannot do my work.

I have just upgraded to Catalina. I cannot stop a popup about "Remove maftask" What can I do?

Upgrade problem or...? I just recently upgraded to Catalina and have a weird problem! When I boot up the Mac, I get a pop-up that I can't delete! It says: "spchlpr" will damage your computer. You should move it to the trash. But when i try to trash it, another one pops up that says: "maftask" will damage your computer. You should move it to the trash. It's endless and even though I've tried different ways to get rid of it, it's still on my screen! It wasn't there until I upgraded to Catalina. Does anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on how to trash this annoying pop-up?

remove helpermcp I recently downloaded Catalina and now I keep getting this aggravating pop-up telling me to move helpermcp to my trash as it will damage my computer. When I click on "Move to Trash" it disappears for a few seconds then returns. It also says helpermcp was downloaded on an unknown date. I've searched my computer to remove it and can't find it. Any suggestions on how to find and delete helpermcp?
