You can not increase the internal storage of your phone. The only way to do that is to buy a new phone with more storage.

iCloud storage is NOT the same as internal storage. You need to manage the apps and content on your phone.

Settings => Click on your Apple ID => iCloud => Manage Storage

oh, I thought it was obvious that you can't buy internal iPhone storage :-/
