Receiving messages that my apple ID and phone # are being used for FaceTime on a new iPhone. I don't have a new iPhone.  What could be the issue ? This started a couple weeks back.

It could be a scam/phishing attempt. Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. If you find one, change your password.
