Once I changed the frequency of how often the Health Breathing app notifies me I no longer get the blue breathing app reminder on my Apple watch. No matter what I do with notifications, I can't get the blue circle reminder to show on the watch. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

On your watch see if you have the Breathe App as an Icon or a Listing. Also on your iPhone Watch App tap on Notifications then tap on Breathe and turn it Off then On again.
