How do I turn off Breathe notifications on my Apple Watch when I don't have the Breathe app on my iPhone in the Watch app?

Thanks Fieryjack. But, there is no Breathe app listed in the Notifications section. I can't find it anywhere in the Watch app. I can search for Breathe and it appears in the search list, but when I select Breathe it does nothing.
If you delete the breathe app off your watch then reinstall it it will be listed again in your watch app and you will be able to turn off notifications that I put in an earlier post.
If you can see the app after searching for it then it is installed.
On your iPhone go to the Watch App

Yes, I believe it is installed but I cannot find it in the Watch app. It does not appear there:

On your watch go to the App store and download it from there.
It should re-install it then you can turn it off.
