I have been using sleep focus and the associated alarm for several weeks now and have been trying to get the alarm (vibrate specifically) on my watch while I wear it sleeping. The alarm sounds and vibrates on my iPhone in the morning, but not my watch. What am I missing?

Update - turns out it was the night clock app that kept my iPhone on all night unlocked. Once I stopped using it, my watch vibrated with my sleep focus alarm.

Make sure you have the watch settings are correct (especially Haptic Alerts):

@javaliga - haptics are on, volume 50%. I have Sleep an as app allowed in do not disturb as well… thanks for your reply as well.
If you’re wearing your watch it will play. If you’re not then it won’t play unless your iPhone is powered off.
