iPhone 11 pro Max camera blurry and out of focus picture

Hello all ,

i got a new iPhone and the pics are blurry and not in focus .. every pic I made ( even dark mode ) are BAD !!

can any one help me out ?

look at the pics - regular pics ( default settings ) - looks really bad !!
