MacBook Pro 15” 2018, OS 10.15 on Startup or Restart screen is always white.

On Restart or Startup, my screen comes up white. Clicking on it stats to show bits of the Desktop beneath it. Doing a screen refresh brings it to desktop a little at a time.

MacBook Pro screen goes blank on startup When I boot up my MacBook, the Apple logo and the load bar appear. After 2/3 in, the screen turns off for half of a second and turns back on.
