What if I forgot the password for enabling the Touch ID for MacBook Air? Just got it restarted and it cannot switch on

restart my laptop and it is asking for password to log in also allow me to use Touch ID. What do I have to do if I forgot the password?

Forgot Password to Enable Touch ID I forgot my password when I start the computer after while and I need to sign in to enable Touch ID. How do you reset that password? There are no options on the Mac to reset the password.
