Can you add sleeping mode for apple watch its keep woke me up because of light and its on don’t disturb mode

You could put the Apple Watch into Theater mode before putting it on the Charger.
I have my iPhone set to Do Not Disturb between midnight and 6:30 am. During that interval, my Apple Watch doesn't do anything while on its charger.
