How can I add music to a video I already recorded? I want to remove the original sounds

I recorded a video of my friends collection of stuff he wants to sell. How can I take out our conversation while I was recording and replace with music or a narration?

Screen recording I had screen recording that I ended and tried to "share" it by text but then the recording did not show up in the new texting window and is now not showing up in my files. its not in the trash nor is it a storage issue.
