I recorded a song on Voice memos on my Ipad 2. The files are on the ipad when I search but I can't find where they are to share. Can someone help me please.
Voice Memos files are stored in a private, secure container inaccessible directly by the user. Use the share sheet from within Voice Memos. You can create a new folder on iCloud Drive to save a copy of a file created, then access the file from the Files app.
The file copied to the folder you created on iCloud Drive will now show up in Search. Tap on the file listed under Files to go to the file in the Files app.
If you just want to share a file, via Mail for example, use the share sheet from within Voice Memos.

Are you certain you are using an iPad 2? Apple’s Voice Memos application was introduced with iOS 12 which does not run on an iPad 2.

I'm sorry. It's a AIR 2 Ipad. The files I recorded I am able to SEE when I search from the main screen (not within the APP) but I can't get to them. Is that a better way to put it? Thank you!
Yes. I am trying to figure out how to find the files on Icloud I guess. They show up on my search on the IPAD Where would they end up there? I can't access them. Weird.
