Outlook app complication does not display calendar anymore

Recently noticed that my Apple Watch Outlook complication, which I have setup at the bottom of the watch face (see screenshot) now only displays the word “Outlook” rather than the details of my next upcoming meeting even when there are meetings scheduled later the same day. I’ve read online that this issue may be linked to the recent iOS 13 and WatchOS 6 updates and that patch WatchOS 6.1 may have fixed the problem.

However in my case I have a series 1 Apple Watch and the highest WatchOS version it can receive is 4.3.2. Does anyone have any ideas what the fix might be in this case and could this be a bug with the Outlook app rather than the Apple OS?

For those of you interested in this issue or are impacted by it due to using an Apple Watch 1st Gen, series 1 you may also find the Microsoft community post I started helpful. It doesn't provide a fix but I'm trying to come at this issue from multiple fronts given I'm not sure if this is an Apple or Microsoft issue.

Ok looks like I spoke too soon, after about 3 days of it working it’s now reverted back to just showing “Outlook” on the complication :-(. Really frustrating!!!!!!
