Apple TV app - change primary language

Anyone managed to change the primary language on the Apple TV App? (Not on the Apple TV)

The region I set to Germany as needed (credit card, address and so on)

The language within the Apple TV App should be English...meaning the descriptions of the movies and so on.

The Apple TV language is set to English.

Any ideas?

Chris, thanks for raising the topic. As a non German speaker, it is so frustrating to get it all in German.

Even worse, plenty of movies/tv shows (international ones, not German productions) ONLY have audio and/or subtitles in German :(
