Problems with Norton 360 after installing macOS Catalina
Has anybody experienced the same problem, and if so, what was your solution?

Antivirus companies have to make a living, so they try and sell it to Mac users. Even when I had a PC I never paid for an antivirus suite because the paid ones never seemed to work well. Norton bricked a Trashiba I had once.
You may want to scan for Malware on a Mac sometimes. Apple Support use Malwarebytes, always the latest version, for that. Virus checkers tend not to be needed
