iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes

I plugged in my phone last night before going to bed and when I woke up, it said "iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes". I didn't enter my passcode wrong at all so something happened while I was asleep. Does anyone know a way I can fix this and why it happened? I haven't backed up my phone so I can't restore it through that.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Forgot

I am sorry, if you have forgotten your Lock Screen passcode and there is no backup, then all data is lost. If you have forgotten the Screen Time Passcode and even if you have a backup everything is lost because restoring will bring back the screen time restrictions (Status Quo).
