My new IPhone is stuck on this page when I updated the iOS as the device said while I was transferring data.
I tried restarting the device but it was still the same. I have been waiting for this page for 1 hour. Is there a way to fix it? Or I have to wait

Since the iPhone has been restarted, try the steps in this link under "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up": If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
