my iphone 7 is telling me that its unable to activate an update is required to activate your phone whow i activate it ?please help me !!!!

I cannot see a WiFi indicator. Your phone needs a WiFi or iTunes connection in order to use the internet to learn how to communicate with your cellular service provider. You cannot perform an activation using cellular data because your phone does not yet know how to use cellular data.
