cancellation of an app and contact for suscriptions

i have cancellled the subscription the same day i installed the app

(free 3 days) and uninstalled. the cancelation did not work. I have just

payed, cancelled again and the app was not cancelled. what should I do?

It does not work. I click on cancel and the next time I load the "managing subscriptions" section , I get all the options for renewing with cost and no more option for cancelling. I said 'ok I pay and I cancel" and it happens again the same thing. It is impossible to get out of the suscription.

Does anyone know if I can contact some place with an issue like this one? thank you very much
