today I purchased some app unfortunately. I canceled it. But it’s shows in Active. I want I to make sure that about the cancellation. Below I attached the screenshot how to showing after I cancelled the app and when the app open. Please help me I want to cancelled the app to showing after the cancel the app
The fact that it says "Expires 07 Nov 2021" and the fact that it says "Select an option to resubscribe" and the fact that there is no Cancel option all confirm that it is cancelled.

If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.

Thank u very much for the reply.I went to apple support and followed it. But it doesn't show me that way. I can't imagine right now whether it was actually canceled or not. If not canceled, it will be renewed again after the billing date. I just want to stop it. I'm confused.
You've cancelled automatic renewal and won't be charged for it again, but not the subscription itself. If you can't wait for it to expire, use the link to contact Apple Support in the article FoxFifth linked to.

Cancelling automatic renewal isn't the same as cancelling the subscription.
If you don't want to be charged for it again, you've done that.
If you're trying to change countries or do something else that can't be done while it's active, contact Apple Support as described above.
