today I purchased some app unfortunately. I canceled it. But it’s shows in Active. I want I to make sure that about the cancellation. The fact that it says "Expires 07 Nov 2021" and the fact that it says "Select an option to resubscribe" and the fact that there is no Cancel option all confirm that it is cancelled.

If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.

You've cancelled automatic renewal and won't be charged for it again, but not the subscription itself. If you can't wait for it to expire, use the link to contact Apple Support in the article FoxFifth linked to.

Cancelling automatic renewal isn't the same as cancelling the subscription.
If you don't want to be charged for it again, you've done that.
If you're trying to change countries or do something else that can't be done while it's active, contact Apple Support as described above.
