I have received a phone message from a name "iStore", is it a fraud information?

iStore:

We have detected unusual transactions on your account from an unknown device; this may not be you. Visit ukistore-secured.info and update yout information.

The above text is what I grt from the from message.

Once I go to the link, it asked for my apple ID account.

The first time, I only put the email, and it showed "Apple ID disabled", but I haven't put my password yet???

Second time, I tried my another account, and it shows the same "Apple ID disabled" and told me to unlock my account. But I still can use the same account to login AppleStore and others staff...

And the webpage is totaly Apple style...

So... I think it might be a fraud information?

Or if you have any ideas, please let me know. =)

Thanks!
