Bigpond email not working on iOS 13.1.3

The bigpond email won't send and receive emails on the iOs mail app. Tried all the settings on https://www.telstra.com.au/support/category/email/set-up/imap-pop-and-smtp-information-for-manual-email-set-up#


It says the IMAP server not responding, SMTP not responding, Cannot connect to SSL.


Tried adding the email on gmail app downloaded from the App Store, it is working straight away after adding it. Incoming and outgoing has no issue.


Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

The email works on their end and also was advised by bigpond that since the email works on another iPad means there is no issue with their service. There is also no issue adding the email on a 3rd party mail app like gmail on the same iPad. Is there a way like google like two step or two factor authentication that can be enabled in bigpond?
