Hello, I'm trying to get my screen fixed for my iPhone X. Navigating the labyrinth of Apple's website and customer service center has been unhelpful and frustrating. I just want to send in my iPhone X to get my screen repaired because I don't have any Apple Stores near me as I live in Saipan (Northern Mariana Islands). How do I get started with getting my iPhone X's screen fixed? Thank you.

For me, I do not trust iTunes for troubleshooting, as it can be quite mid-leading.
But Amazon might be a good choice, if an available option in your Area. Have the third party retailer use the case you purchased off of Amazon.
