wont allow me to 1.install new os as cant see the HD 2. cant install from back up as cant enter the tome capsule. 3 . cant force mount drive in terminal as cant type certain letters in terminal

thanks for your response.

when trying to log in I received a screen with a folder with question mark inside.

followed Cmd + R but did not work

then tried CMD + option + R taking me to the online recovery after the globe (took about 20min)

I tried to re-install but could not choose a drive where OS can be installed as no option given

then i tried to review the drives under utilities, drive can be seen but only reads internal drive where i tried to verify and repair drive but both were met with issue that drive could not be mounted.

i then tried to mount the drive but option remains greyed out

i can also not select only 1 item on the left to choose another drive as mac multiple selects options if i go down on the list

i then tried the mount/dev/disk 1 but cant make a / on terminal thus option also not possible.

i tried to copy past the instruction from safari but system wont allow me to paste once copied from safari (paste in terminal)

i then tried to install from time machine back up on my time capsule, this was also not possible as getting error that the data cant be accessed and i need to contact the administrator. I even changed the password for the capsule as was not able to type lower case letters or numbers as system only allowed typing in CAPS no matter what i do. Numbers were replaced by the relevant special character as if shift was held.
