i cant update my software i need to update but how?

1)Please make sure you have enough space to finish the update.
2) If you have confirmed that the space available is enough , then check the wifi setting. Make sure the connection is good to finish the software update download.
3) Please try to download and install with your phone. If it doesn't work, you can try to connect your phone with iTunes on PC. then finish the setting with the help of ItUNES.
