My Apple ID disabled

When I purchase a song from iTune which was priced at RM3.70(USD0.99), I was charged RM10.7. I made a complaint to my bank and so my Apple ID was disabled. Now I cannot upgrade my apps, cannot use iCloud....It’s like Apple wants to kick me out for “dare to complain “

I really don't think apple are kicking you out for complaining.

Apple wouldn't have seen the reason why the charge has been reversed so they have probably disabled your account out of a security measure i.e. fraud.

You need to contact apple support https://getsupport.apple.com and explain the situation to them.

In the future, contact apple directly if there is a billing issue as they will be able to deal with it.
