whenever I try to use my airpods, it won't connect. My phone says connected, but when I try to listen to music, it disconnects. And when I put the airpods in, there's no "starting" sound. wtf am I supposed to do. I tried reconnecting my airpods to my phone several times, but it doesn't work. I'm starting to lose my mind because this is sooo annoying

1) start with a full reset: Reset your AirPods
2) Try this:
a) Open the Control Center
b) 3D press (or long press) on the music controls
c) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
d) Select AirPods
3) Also see: If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted
