Hi everyone,
I recently got the AirPod pros for Christmas. They have connected to my phone only a handful of times. Now my iPhone says there are connected and everything but sounds doesn’t come through the AirPods and the headphone image does not pop up. Sometimes my phone lags and stuff or music will play when it says my AirPods are connected. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Start with a full reset:
If they seem to be connected, but won't play, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) Long press on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select AirPods
