Why did the latest Apple Watch update (6.0.1) take most of the color off my watch displays?
Ok I just discovered the problem, though I had not made the change when I updated the Operating System—the update must have changed it. Solution: In the Apple Watch app. select a watch face and at the top (below the watch face display) select color circle (far left circle is full color).

Go to Settings, Accessibility and see if Grayscale is On....if so, turn it Off.
Excellent idea to check, unfortunately grayscale wasn’t checked but still little color. Thanks for the suggestion!
