Your topic and question ask two different things, but the answer is essentially no. No apps except Apple Music, and as for iCloud, only Apple Music and iCloud email (configured through a third party app).
Other things you can transfer data sets to Android but it isn't constantly updating the way iCloud really operatees unless you go through each process multiple times per day.
