Facetime not available
Hello,
I am having a problem downloading FaceTime in my iPhone X. It says: This app requires specific features not available in this device. I am running iOS 13.1.3. Is there anything I can do?

This usually indicates that you have an iPhone from a region where FaceTime is banned or restricted. There is no method to change that restriction.
