Why does the watch still ring with Do Not Disturb turned on?

Turning on Do Not Disturb on the watch does not stop it from ringing on incoming calls. The synced iPhone does not ring, but the watch does.

You have to also set it to silent mode. That seems inconsistent with the intent of do not disturb, and the documentation.

The article is incorrect. Simply activating Do Not Disturb with the watch mirrored to the iPhone does NOT stop the watch from ringing when a call comes in. The iPhone does not ring, but the watch does. That's my concern.

I don't know if it's related to the fact that I have cellular service on the watch also.
