Since the latest update my Watch is ridiculously slow
Since the latest update my watch is ridiculously slow. There is a long delay until the screen will even come on to see the time.

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 6
There is another update out today (OS 6.1) it fixes a lot of bugs. Suggest you install it and see if that helps.
