Battery life is at 75% after only 470 cycles.

Hi.

I have a Macbook 12” from early 2015. It is the top model, and I have just loved it. However it had recently showed me that the battery needs service. I therefore checked the battery life, and it showed that only 75% of the battery is left, when it’s charged fully. It is only 4 years old, and have been through 470 cycles. So my question is if it is normal for the battery to be in such a bad shape, when apple says that MacBooks should have 80% battery life after 1000 cycles.
