So I have a iPad mini and we gave it to my little boy. Some how he has managed to lock us out and it was asking for my Apple ID. I tried signing into an old account but managed to lock my self out of that. How can I unlock my iPad?

Well we brought it in 2013 so we defiantly don’t have the receipt.
if you are the original owner, take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
or contact Apple ID Support. They will need to see the original purchase receipt/paperwork also.
