[Ask] iPad mini w/ Microsoft Universal Mobile Keyboard

Hi

Anyone here able to working with MS Universal Mobile Keyboard on iPadOS ?

The keyboard simply connected to my iPad mini 4 - iPadOS 13.1.3, with the button on left side seem working properly while the others mostly not.

Example, typing REST shown as expected on Notes or Safari, but typing LOOK shown nothing, "i" button act like as Long Press button and Enter button shown Home menu but Right Shift button working as expected.

I read somewhere suggested to disable "Full Keyboard Access" under Setting > Accessibility > Keyboards, but I can't find this option on my iPad.

Looking for your advise !

Sincerely

iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi, Cellular

Hello,

I will take a shot in the dark, do you use a mouse with your iPad? The problem you are having sounds like it is related to the setting Mouse Keys, which you enabled.
