Item purchase issue

Please note that I purchased an item through iTunes however it is not delivered. When checked into purchase history, the status is “pending” for that purchase however my amount have already been deducted from my bank a/c. Please guide

Pending means iTunes hasn't received the money, either it's still on its way or there is a problem with your payment method and you are only see a failed payment or a temporary authorisation hold
